Some people ask me why I changed my name from “Jah Brilliance” to “I Brilliance”. In a nutshell I say, “Rastafari name is terrible and dreadful amongst the heathen and as a Rastaman, I reached to the point where I could feel the difference between hailing Rastafari as “Jah” and hailing Rastafari as Haile King Selassie 1. It was written that in the last days, the Almighty would forward in a new name that would be terrible and dreadful amongst the heathen. I know that Rastafari, Haile Selassie 1 is the Almighty name, straight, without going through another name. I know that in Psalms 68 Verse 4 it says” Extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH and rejoice before him. Knowing that I am living in the time of Revelation, I see it fit to Praise H.I.M. by his name in this time. It was written that his name would change, but his ways would remain the same. So that’s why I forward in the name “ I Brilliance” in this time. Blessings to all”.
